Due to the nature of our cosmetic products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or used items. This ensures that every item you buy from us is 100% safe and sanitary.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
We want you to love your DWG Beauty products! If your order arrives broken, damaged, or if we made a mistake and sent the wrong item, we will make it right immediately.
To start a damage claim:

Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Send a quick photo of the damaged item and your order number to hello@dwgbeauty.com

Once we’ve reviewed it, we will send out a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
